• From start to finish, they were polite and helpful. I thought I needed one thing, but they showed me alternatives that were more cost effective and suited my home much better than I expected. They came in and did a beautiful job!!! No mess, no fuss, no bother. The installers were prompt and kind and considerate the entire time, and chatted and got the job done beautifully!! The entire crew, above and beyond expectation. I can't recommend them highly enough. So glad I chose this company over 2 other companies I had dealt with while shopping for my wood stove. BRAVO!!!

• Absolutely satisfied with the customer care and support from the very first contact. I had contacted 2 other businesses for the same reason and both didn't have a helpful attitude. As for you (Brian) from the very beginning you were willing and patient to help me and explain the the things I didn't understand. Thank you to all the staff that I had contact with. Rare and truly customer oriented.

• Everyone was Very friendly! when we ran into a few problems they did a great job figuring out possible solutions, and then fitting everything into their schedule so the project didn't drag out for weeks. They took care of everything and made the project really easy from my end. Thank you guys so much!!!

• You guys all seemed fairly knowledgeable about the wood heating industry and were able to answer the questions I had. The installers were great, a pleasure to have in the house, seemed conscientious about having the finished product looking its best. Thx again
