From start to finish, they were polite and helpful. I thought I needed one thing, but they showed me alternatives that were more cost effective and suited my home much better than I expected. They came in and did a beautiful job!!! No mess, no fuss, no bother. The installers were prompt and kind and considerate the entire time, and chatted and got the job done beautifully!! The entire crew, above and beyond expectation. I can't recommend them highly enough. So glad I chose this company over 2 other companies I had dealt with while shopping for my wood stove. BRAVO!!!
