We offer expedited shipping to any of the lower 48 states for just $300 USD—no matter which stove or fireplace you choose!
2. Shipping Time & Border Details
We are proudly based in Canada, which means all shipments must cross the border. Typical shipping time is 7–10 business days, pending customs clearance.
3. No Duties or Taxes
Good news—there are no duties or taxes on any of our shipments to the US!
4. Shipments Over $2,500
For orders valued at over $2,500, US Customs requires a Tax ID (like an SS# or EIN). Learn more about this requirement here.
5. Delivery to Your Door
We deliver directly to your doorstep with lift gate service included, ensuring your stove or fireplace arrives safely and conveniently.
6. Product Availability
Most of our products are in stock and ready to ship! If your item is temporarily out of stock, we’ll notify you right away and provide an updated shipping timeline.
7. Tracking Information Provided
Once your order is placed, we’ll prepare your product for shipment within 1–2 business days. As soon as it leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive tracking information to monitor its journey to you.
